Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. These include your name, telephone number and postal and e-mail address. We deal with this issue very carefully and therefore inform you below about the handling of your personal data.

To the extent that we gather, administer, process or use your personal data on this website, for example as part of ordering processes which are necessary to make a purchase, this only takes place within the framework of German and European data protection laws, in particular in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz).

You can visit our website for information purposes without having to give any personal details. During your visit to our website, you therefore remain basically anonymous and the connection data transferred by your Internet browser each time the page is accessed, such as the date, the length of stay or the name of your Internet service provider are used by us without any reference to your person, unless you have registered with your user name and password.

Scope of data collection, processing and usage

Personal details are entered by you voluntarily, for example if you register on our website, place an order, request a newsletter, participate in a competition, apply for a job, want to become a Club and/or Team member or use similar functions. These personal details can include:

First name and surname; address; e-mail address; telephone number; fax number; date of birth; bank and credit card details; order history; professional career, qualifications and other data required from you depending on the use and purpose of the respective offers and pages.

As a rule, we need your personal data to carry out the respective service. In addition to ordering processes, this may be membership of the Fan Club or Team ERDINGER Alkoholfrei. This also applies for the use of our application tool and for participation in draws or for ordering newsletters. We use these data for the aforementioned purposes, for the contractual processing of orders, for the delivery of the desired service, for the processing of complaints, for our customer service, for queries and further activities you request, such as membership and application. Should we use third-party service providers for the above purposes (e.g. shipping companies, payment service providers), they shall only receive from us the necessary data and are themselves obliged to protect your personal data. We only use your phone number for queries. We need your e-mail address so that we can confirm receipt of your order and communicate with you (e.g. to send an order confirmation or a requested newsletter).

When registering on our website, your data is saved for the creation of a user account, in order to allow you to make purchases faster and more comfortably in the future or to register your Club and/or Team membership and enable you to participate in competitions.

Applicant data/job offers

With the aid of technical and organizational security measures, we ensure that your data are protected: against accidental or intentional manipulation; against loss and destruction; and against unauthorized access. We therefore constantly adjust our security measures in line with technological developments in order to ensure such protection.

Your data will only be used for the internal application process and for anonymized statistics. If you cannot be offered a currently vacant position, your data will be stored in accordance with your personal wishes in our prospectives database.

If you want to delete your portal account, you can do this after logging in via ‘My Data - Delete Portal Access’. Your details will only be used internally and not shared with third parties. Moreover, these details are deleted automatically after 6 months.

Other terms of use

Should we use data for a purpose which requires your consent in accordance with the statutory provisions, we will always ask you for your express agreement. It goes without saying that you can, at any time, revoke or terminate your consent and/or object to the future use of your data.

Within the framework of the statutory provisions, we can make use of user profiles under a pseudonym for the purpose of advertising, market research and improvement of our services, however only if you have not made use of your legal right to object to such a use of your data.

Use of cookies/web analysis services

A part of our services requires that we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small data files which your Internet browser saves on your computer. Information concerning your visit to our website can be saved in cookies. Most browsers are set up as standard to accept cookies.
