Payment and shipping information
1. Payment options
In case of deliveries within Germany, you can choose from credit card payment, direct debit or PayPal. In case of payment by direct debit, you issue us with a one off debit mandate to collect the invoice amount from your bank account. Once the order has been received by us, your account will be charged by direct debit.
In case of deliveries to addresses outside of Germany, credit card payment is hereby agreed.
2. Delivery and shipping information
The delivery of our items is only possible to the countries listed below.
Shipping and delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the goods. In case of a weight of goods up to 31.5 kg, the amount of these costs is as follows:

In case of deliveries with a weight of goods over 31.5 kg, it is necessary to pick up the items or have them delivered by freight. Information concerning freight costs and other information can be obtained via the following telephone number:

No costs will be incurred by you in connection with the use of distance communication facilities which goes beyond the basic tariff which you would expect.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for an order at www.erdinger-fanshop.de or directly in the Erdinger fan shop in Erding. Exchange and/or cash payments are not possible.
Mixed orders of gift vouchers and other articles are not possible. You have the choice between a voucher card (is sent by post) or an email voucher card (is sent by email with a PDF attachment). A simultaneous order of more than one voucher card is possible. However, these can only be sent to one delivery address. When sending more than one voucher email, we regret that only one email address can be taken into account.
