Terms of use

I. Scope of application
These terms of use apply to Erdinger Fan Club members wishing to participate in the partnership programme.

Within the partnership programme, various companies grant discounts or rebates on goods to be purchased from different companies.

II. Participation

1. Only Fan Club members aged 18 or above who are residents of an EU country are eligible to participate. Employees of ERDINGER Weissbräu, or agencies cooperating with ERDINGER Weissbräu, who are Fan Club members are excluded from participation in competitions.

III. Procedure

1. The offers can only be used via the partnership programme.
2. In all cases, the contractual partner is the company from which the goods are purchased.
3. Warranty claims can therefore only be asserted against the respective contractual partner.
4. ERDINGER Weissbräu has no influence on the general terms and conditions of the respective partner company.

IV. Premature termination, exclusion

1. ERDINGER Weissbräu reserves the right to terminate the partnership programme at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons or to remove individual partners from the programme. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. In such cases, Fan Club members are not entitled to any claims against ERDINGER Weissbräu or the partner.
2. ERDINGER Weissbräu reserves the right to exclude Fan Club members from participation in the partnership programme. This applies in particular to any violation of these conditions or if participants use manipulation or other fraudulent help.

V. Miscellaneous

1. In the case of disputes arising from consumer contracts, Privatbrauerei Erdinger Weißbräu Werner Brombach GmbH does not participate in arbitration proceedings according to the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters. The relevant arbitration office for consumers is “Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e.V.”, Strassburger Strasse 8, 77694 Kehl, Germany. Consumers from other EU states are referred to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform for disputes arising from consumer contracts: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=DE
2. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected.
3. These terms of use are subject to change by ERDINGER Weissbräu without prior notice.

Privacy policy
The data protection terms of Privatbrauerei Erdinger Weißbräu Werner Brombach GmbH apply. The contractual relationship between the Fan Club member and the respective contract partner company is governed by the respective data protection terms of the individual company.
